  • M. Sc. in Process Engineering

  • The Master's degree in Process Engineering (MPE) is a cooperation between the Offenburg University of Applied Sciences and the University of Warmia-Masuria in Olsztyn (UWM) in Poland - a traditional university with a strong focus on research activities.

    The MPE program is designed for a period of three semesters, during which the students specialize in chemical and thermal process engineering and biotechnology or food technology. The events of the winter semester take place in Offenburg, those of the summer semester in Olsztyn / Poland. The master's thesis can be written at one of the two participating universities or at another university or in a suitable research institute or industrial company at a location of your choice.

    Thanks to the international orientation of the Master’s course, students also acquire valuable intercultural skills - qualifications that are often of crucial importance in the increasingly multicultural environment of process engineering

Entry Requirement

  • Class 12th: No specific cutoff mentioned
  • Bachelors: No specific cutoff mentioned
  • Applicant must have completed a bachelor of science/engineering degree in process engineering or a related area such as biotechnology, environmental engineering, or chemical engineering and 
  • Applicant  should be among the top third graduates of his/her instituition
  • A degree in mechanical, industrial, leather, textile, petroleum or energy engineering is not suitable for this program
  • Apploicant must have a bachelor degree.
