  • MBA in International Business Consulting (IBC)

  • The professional perspective for the graduates of our MBA program ranges from entry into classic management consulting to the professional field of in-house consultants. The latter is promoted by the fact that managers - as generalists - are increasingly confronted with internal consulting activities.

    Consequence of the job profile described: Extensive use of cases that ensure the transfer of extensive know-how and the competence to work in interdisciplinary and international teams.

    In terms of technical knowledge transfer (in addition to general management), the program focuses on the consulting topics of logistics, finance and IT.

  • Course content

  • In terms of imparting specialist knowledge (in addition to general management), the program focuses on the subjects of “Logistics”, “Accounting / Finance” and “IT”. Leaderhip topics represent another important component of the curriculum. A (didactic) feature of the program is the extensive use of cases that ensure the transfer of extensive know-how and the competence to work in interdisciplinary and international teams.
