The objective of the ESSCA Bachelor programmes is to train, in a 3 year programme of study, operational middle managers who possess international cultural understanding and a solid command of tools and methods in contemporary management
The Bachelor’s degree in international management is accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research. This innovative programme is based on several key components.
A major place is given to an innovative pedagogy in project mode based on concrete cases allowing learning by experience. Students are mentored and guided to gradually develop the autonomy they will need in their future work environment.
A semester of study abroad also allows each student to benefit from international experience.
ESSCA’s Bachelor prepares student directly for the job market, although it also offers graduates the possibility to apply for a Master programme.
