Managing teams of people while recognising the needs of individuals in the workplace is a growing area of interest for corporations who want to ensure employee wellbeing and good productivity levels. With the introduction of concepts such as flexi-hours and remote working, and rights around parental leave, human resource management is taking centre stage. The Human Resource Management MSc offers the opportunity to explore the issues of managing people both in theory and in practice and how this can contribute to organisational success.

Entry Requirement

  • Applicant must have a minimum score of 55%-70% in bachelors in management, business studies or a cognate discipline (with a large component of management related subjects in their degree)

    Two references required:

    • Reference 1- an academic reference from the academic institution that applicant most recently attended (should normally be on headed paper and signed by the referee)
    • Reference 2- a second academic reference or a reference from your current or most recent employer

Additional documents required

  • An academic transcript for each previous degree completed
  • A copy of paperwork confirming the award of sponsorship (only applies to those in receipt of sponsorship or other grant)
  • Proof of English language proficiency tests
  • Copy of passport
  • Any other relevant certificates or any additional document to the application
  • Personal Statement giving a  brief explanation of why the applicant wants to pursue a degree at Brunel University London
