In the business administration focus area "Entrepreneurship" of the Bachelor's degree in Management B.Sc. acquire extensive knowledge in order to be successful as a founder - from the first idea to the development of growth strategies to strategies in markets with increasing competitive pressure: learn the tools and the best in courses such as "Start-up Creation and Management" Know the procedure for setting up your company and develop an entrepreneurial model in our start-up workshop with the help of experts, from the ideation to the developed business plan.

The business administration focus on “value-based management” at our university gives you an overview of modern leadership theories and practices as well as the variety of possible value approaches - beyond the classic “shareholder value approach”. These include, for example, trust-based management, self-organization in groups or the approach of market-oriented corporate management. In seminars on "Corporate Social Responsibility" and "Social Entrepreneurship", you will learn that it is important for managers to know the various stakeholders in a company and to involve them in business decisions, for example in the form of a responsible approach to customers and employees and sustainable resource management or the conscious decision to base one's own actions on ethical norms. Studying management with a focus on value-based management also enables you to complete courses such as “Value-based Marketing”, “Organizational Culture and Leadership” or “Managing Strategic Change” and thus acquire competencies in the area of designing change processes in companies.
