The MBA program includes modules including: in the following areas: management and organizational behavior, strategic marketing, financing and decision-making, corporate strategy and innovation, industrial economics, human resource management and negotiation skills. In addition, the master's thesis is an entrepreneurial report and a business research project. Assessment methods include written work such as reports, essays and analyzes, and tests. Read more about the program

 Modules per semester

Autumn semester

  • Critical Issues in Business : What are the most important topics and issues in today's business world? What does the latest research say about them? The module also prepares participants for critical analysis and evaluation in other modules.
  • Management and Organizational Behavior: The pursuit of competitive advantage emphasizes effective leadership skills in a global business environment. M East I need to know the behavior of organizations, management processes, and personal adaptability, so that I can lead functions effectively?
  • Strategic Marketing: How do companies achieve competitive advantage in dynamic and complex markets and what should be taken into account in marketing management?
  • Competitive Strategy and Innovation:  What do I need to know about business strategy and innovation management, when innovations and rapid adaptability often determine success?

spring Semester

  • Managing Operations and the Supply Chain: What is essential for operational and production chain management? How are increasingly complex, outsourced supply chains managed? 
  • Financial Decision Making: What should a manager know about the company's finances and management information systems to make informed decisions?
  • The Entrepreneurship Report: How do companies explore the potential of new ideas and develop new products? Learn how to make a comprehensive analysis of the potential of a new idea and a business plan.

summer Semester

  • International Business Negotiation: Learn to negotiate and justify your thoughts in an international business environment!  
  • Business Research Project: What are the opportunities for organizations to solve their real business problems? Participants will do their own independent research on the real business environment, either through an inductive or deductive approach.

The MBA program is 180 UK credits (equivalent to 90 ECTS credits). Courses are evaluated through written work such as reports and analyzes. The MBA program has an average of 3 contact days per week, normally from Tuesday to Friday, and a minimum of 75% presence is recommended.
