      • What has contributed to your interest in a career in social work?
        • Please give us a candid evaluation of yourself. Describe specific life experiences that have shaped your interest in social work, including personal, professional and related experiences. Discuss your abilities and strengths relative to professional social work, and include a discussion of areas you would like to strengthen or develop more fully. What professional and career goals have you established for the next five years, and how will a social work degree help you reach these goals?
      • What experiences (both personal and professional) have helped you to prepare for working in a multicultural environment? What challenges will you face in preparing for this work?
  • LOR:
    • Required for Bachelor of Science in Social Work
    • Student should email letter of recommendation link given below to two people of their choice-https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/?sm=HiEyJBK6p3l01gOAuOLzBw==
    • One of them should be a personal contact, but someone that is not related to student or they consider them not a part of their family
    • The other should be sent to the supervisor for a past or current social agency they are affiliated with, or a member of their volunteer site
    • The person should be someone who has worked closely with student with the capacity of the teacher, supervisor or as an experienced co-worker or a social work classmate
    • One of the student references may be a teacher in the social work program
  • CV:
    • Required for Bachelor of Science in Social Work
    • Resume should include relevant work and volunteer experiences

  • Students are required to list all schools attended whether or not credit was received and regardless of the age of the record
  • Students must request official transcripts from their high schools and have them sent directly to the College
