Application Process

Level 1:

Prepare documents for application

  • LOR:
    • 2 letters of recommendation are required
    • Professional recommendations are preferred from individuals who are able to speak with certainty about their professional achievements and potential
    • Recommendations may be in either letter or short answer format and should not exceed 2 pages each
  • ESSAY:
    • Required only if applicants want to share any additional information about themselves, so they can write essay in 500 words or less
  • CV:
    • Submit CV that includes applicants employment history and academic record in reverse chronological order (no more than 1 page in length)

  • Submit Academic transcripts
  • Cover Letter: submit a cover letter seeking a place in the MIT Sloan MBA Program and it should be 250 words or fewer
  • GMAT/GRE Score

Mode of payment: Credit card

  • MIT offers an installment plan administered by Tuition Management Systems (TMS) which allows students to pay their bill in monthly installments interest free
  • There is an enrollment fee of $85 for the full academic year plan and $70 for the one semester plan
