  • LOR:Two Letters of recommendation are required 
  • CV:Required for MBA 

Additional documents required

  • Copy of I.D. page that includes passport number, picture, name, date of birth, sex, place of birth, date issued, and the expiration date
  • Official Transcripts from the university/college from where applicants earned their bachelors degree
  • Complete this information form 
  • Complete this financial form which must indicate that $19,192 will be available to cover his/her expenses during the first year of study at FHSU
  • Proof of English Proficiency test scores
  • Personal Statement indicating major area of study and the exact interest within the major including some of the  professional and/or career goals and pertinent past work experience
  • Official GRE/GMAT scores must be submitted where required
