Degree-level maths is about finding ways to answer big questions. You will look at how mathematicians have tried to answer similar questions in the past. You will also learn how to construct a logical argument with reasoned conclusions.
Your study will include core mathematics, pure mathematics, applied mathematics, and probability and statistics. You can specialise later in your course, and may have the option to switch between our degrees.
You'll have the chance to study scientific programming and simulation, and practical and applied statistics.
