DESCRIPTION
- Come to Milan or Rome* to discover the Italian fashion scene —and debut your own ideas! In the BA in Fashion Design program, you’ll study the market so you can better anticipate its demands and trends. You’ll learn about fashion design theory, innovative fabrics, and new technologies and manufacturing processes. You’ll also explore fashion styling and communication for advertising and editorials.
- In NABA’s fashion laboratories, you can analyze and elaborate on fashion concepts and realize your projects using new tools and techniques.
- Thanks to NABA’s close connections within the fashion industry, you’ll have the chance to participate in collaborative projects with companies. As you work within teams to design outfits, accessories, even collections, you will gain a realistic experience of professional life.
- You’ll practice interacting with people in various roles within the fashion world—people with whom you can make valuable connections.
- Each year, you’ll take a fun, experimental course focused on coaching and free creativity, one that builds motivation and teamwork skills. You’ll be guided to discover your passions and strengths with the aim of identifying your own specialization in the field. You’ll explore new forms of entrepreneurship and prepare to launch your career within the Italian and international fashion system.
- The BA in Fashion Design program is recognized by Italian Ministry of Universities, Education and Research (MIUR) as a Bachelor of Arts degree (180 CFs).
