  • MBA General Management

  • The MBA program (full-time) offers a comprehensive overview of all management areas with a combination of business fundamentals and functional knowledge in areas such as marketing, finance or entrepreneurship.

    The English language program motivates students to apply their knowledge and skills in an international context through a one-week stay abroad in Spain.

    You complete your studies with a practice-oriented Master's thesis.

  • The coaching in the MBA General Management during the course of study provides a direct practical reference to the current professional and personal environment of the students and also includes career counseling. With the help of a professional coach, the students determine their personality structure and development goals and thus optimize their leadership qualifications.

    Competences in the areas of communication behavior, cooperation and team behavior, conflict behavior as well as leadership will and leadership style perfect the coaching during the course and enable personal and professional restructuring and further development.

  • ISM offers high-achieving students who enhance and positively impact the MBA course (e.g. international applicants or female executives) an up to fifty percent reduction in tuition fees. The following criteria are used to determine a student’s eligibility for a fee reduction:

  • Proof of financial need
  • Outstanding scholastic performance

  • Your application for MBA support must be submitted via email by March 31st midnight or by May 15th, midnight.
