This program will interest students who want to understand the ways in which communication influences and reflects society and culture, and how digital technology mediates the communication process. Students take five core courses that provide a broad base of applied theoretical knowledge, a production course for hands-on experience, and four electives which they can use to customize their credential.
Opportunities for Academic Advancement
Students completing this program will be able to to seek transfer credit into the second year of the BA in Digital Media at Vancouver Island University (VIU) or continue to other programs at Camosun, including the Arts and Science Studies program
