  • Students may complete an Arts degrees at Brandon University in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Fine and Creative Arts, Business Administration and Applied Disaster and Emergency Studies

  • The Faculty of Arts is also home to two professional degree programs – the Bachelor of Business Administration and the Bachelor of Fine Arts. Our faculty members are active researchers, writers, performers and artists. Their successes in their disciplines translate into unique and lively classroom experiences.

    Because we have small class sizes, students often have an opportunity to participate directly in original research and to share an experience reserved for graduate level study at other universities. The Arts Faculty is located in the historic Clark Hall Original Building, restored to provide a very attractive and technologically advanced learning environment.

    Arts degrees provide the foundational skills that are in constant demand by employers everywhere. Many of our graduates go on to additional professional studies in such fields as law, education, and accounting, or on to master’s programs.

  • Brandon University located in the Manitoba province was established in the 19th century, The University is a co-educational, non-denominational institution supported by the government and a member of Universities Canada. Brandon University accommodates several faculties namely - faculty of arts, school of music, faculty of education, faculty of science, school/ faculty of health education. These faculties offer an array of programs under major disciplines such as business, education, health, environmental and living sciences, arts, music along with others.

    The university offers several types of programs like degree programs, 2+2 programs, undergraduate programs, graduate programs, pre-professional programs, and certificate programs. 

    The admission process at Brandon University can be considered fairly straightforward. International Students are granted admission on the basis of merit. In 2020 out of 2,692 international applicants, around 1,280 students were granted admission at Brock University. 

    With an impressive acceptance rate of 47.5%, all candidates who are looking to pursue higher education in Canada and meet the basic Admission requirements will have a fair chance of getting accepted into Brandon University. They must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or a minimum average of 60% in at least five grade 12 subjects including English or its equivalent from a recognized Educational Institution.
