For Indian students, they must fulfil the criteria given below:

C. Sufficient Skills of English Language developed through paid / voluntary Work Experience for at least 5 years in a professional Environment that is Primarily English Speaking.

2. The University of Adelaide:

The University of Adelaide is ranked at 114^th in the world University rankings and it is one of the Top Universities in Australia. You can apply for University of Adelaide without IELTS / TOEFL if:

1) You have a conditional acceptance from the University and you complete University of Adelaide’s English Pathway Program OR

2) If you have done your latest degree course in English Language (Both instruction and Assessment in English)

For the admission purposes, you will have to provide a confirmation letter from your degree institute stating you have completed your Degree Education in English Language, Instruction and Assessment both.

3. The University of New South Wales:

The University of New South Wales is Australia’s 3rd ranked University, and comes at 45^th when talked about world rankings. You can get admission at UNSW without IELTS if:

1) You have a conditional acceptance from UNSW, and you complete their Pre-Seasonal English Language Program

2) You can also submit your PTE or Cambridge English: Advanced Scores for assessment in place of IELTS / TOEFL.

4. Macquarie University:

Macquarie University is another from world’s top 250 Universities. You can apply for a conditional admission at Macquarie University. If all the admission criteria apart from English Language Proficiency is fulfilled, you can take onto English preparation program at Macquarie University English Language Centre.

5. Bond University:

Bond University is one of the top 500 Universities in the world. To be precise, it is 443^rd. You can finish Bond University College's EAP Level 3 (English for Academic Purposes) before the start of the program and be eligible for the admission.

6. The University of South Australia:

Another University from the Australia, ranked at 264 in World University rankings, The University of South Australia is flexible when it comes to English Language Requirements. You can get the admission without IELTS if one of the below is fulfilled:

• Score of 169 in Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) or Certificate of Proficiency (CPE)
• Overall and individual scores of 50 in PTE
• CELUSA English Program Level 4
• TAFE SA program
• Secondary Education done in Australia
• At least one year of tertiary education in Australia
• One year in any of secondary or tertiary education completed in countries decided by the University.

7. The University of Southern Queensland:

University of Southern Queensland offers USQ Pathway programs to the students who are eligible for the admission in a course sans English Language Proficiency. After completion of the program, the admission is granted.

8. Swinburne University of Technology:

Swinburne University of Technology is ranked at 387^th in world’s top universities. You can get an admission at Swinburne if you fulfil any of the following:

1) If you have completed secondary and / or tertiary education in an institute where English was the language for both assessment and instruction. You will have to provide a confirmation letter stating the same.

2) If you are from any of these countries, you do not need any English Language Proficiency proof:

• Denmark
• Hong Kong
• Germany
• Netherlands
• Norway
• Sweden

3) If you successfully complete English for Academic Purposes at Swinburne, then you are accepted directly into the program at Swinburne University of Technology.

9. Victoria University:

This university is counted in without IELTS Study in Australia university list.. There are a few other related English proficiency certificates accepted at Victoria University, including

• Cambridge English Advanced CAE
• Cambridge English – First Certificate in English FCE
• Pearson Test of English PTE
   

It is to be noted that most of the Universities that offer English Language Courses on their campus charge differently for them. Those fees will not be included in your tuition, application or academic fees.
