Who is eligible?

All freshmen and transfer candidates are considered for Loyola Scholarships. Upon review, the most talented students in the applicant pool not selected for the Dean's scholarship are chosen for this award.

On what basis are awards granted?

Loyola Scholarships are awarded to students who show high academic performance and leadership ability. Not awarded to recipients of scholarships described above.

What is the range of the awards?

Up to $8,000 per year.

For how long is the award given?

These are one-year scholarships requiring reapplication each year. It may be renewed up to eight academic year semesters (fall and spring).

What is the renewal process?

Students must complete the FAFSA annually, maintain 'full-time' enrollment status, and maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA for the Loyola and a minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA for the Jogues.
