About FUTURE CROPPING
Aarhus University is part of the partnership FUTURE CROPPING, which is supported by Denmark’s Innovation Foundation. During the coming five years, FUTURE CROPPING will help develop the high quality, sustainable plant production of tomorrow. One of the most important challenges for farming is to increase plant production per hectare, while at the same time reducing the impact on the environment. In a private-public partnership, industry, business and research will develop an ICT platform that integrates vast amounts of data from the next generation of agricultural and environmental technologies into intelligent, more efficient and sustainable technologies and solutions for site-specific crop management and environmental regulation.
