The Dr. Cater W. Andrews Scholarship

This scholarship, valued at a minimum of $1,000.00, the gift of former students and colleagues of the late Dr. C.W. Andrews, is awarded to a Memorial University of Newfoundland student graduating with a B.Sc. in Biology who plans to pursue graduate work at Memorial University of Newfoundland in marine and/or freshwater biology.

The scholarship is awarded by the Senate Committee on Undergraduate Scholarships, Bursaries and Awards on the recommendation of the Head of the Biology Department. In making the selection, exceptional industry and interest in the field, together with scholarship standing, will be the main criteria taken into account.
