INTRODUCTION

The Dean’s Merit Scholarship – Faculty of Engineering is offered to newly admitted students who are undertaking university studies in the Faculty of Engineering for the first time.

PURPOSE OF FUND

This scholarship is offered to newly admitted students who are undertaking university studies in the Faculty of Engineering for the first time and who demonstrate academic excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, you must:

• be registered full time, and for the first time, in an undergraduate program at the Faculty of Engineering;

• meet the admission requirements of the Faculty of Engineering; and

• have a minimum admission average of 90% (the admission average includes the Faculty of Engineering prerequisites).

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Application is not required for this scholarship; all eligible students are automatically evaluated for this award.
