Faculty of Arts Dean's Merit Scholarship

INTRODUCTION

The Dean of the Faculty of Arts’ Merit scholarship is offered to newly admitted students who are undertaking university studies in the Faculty of Arts and who demonstrate academic excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, you must:

• be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident or an international student, or have protected person or refugee status;
• be registered full time, and for the first time, in an undergraduate program at the Faculty of Arts;
• Have a minimum admission average of 90%.

RENEWAL CRITERIA

• This scholarship can be renewed for the three following years provided that you:
• maintain full-time registration in the Faculty of Arts;
• have a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 9.0 or higher at the end of a semester (in at least 24 credits).
