Maldives International Policing Research Scholarship

UWS invites applications from excellent candidates to undertake doctoral research in an area of policing that has an international focus. The scholarship is part of a capacity building initiative with the Maldives Police Service Institute for Security and Law Enforcement Studies and UWS.

• The proposed research will incorporate the study of policing in the Maldives and be relevant to universal human
• rights and ethical policing practice. The scholarship will be awarded to a member of the Maldives Police, to help
• develop academic resources in the Maldives.
