The New Arkansan Nonresident Tuition Scholarship Award

Out-of-state tuition differential. Variable amount based on hours enrolled.
Eligibility Criteria: Students from Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma or Tennessee must have a 3.25 GPA. Entering freshmen must score 24 on the ACT (1130 SAT); Transfer students must have 24 credit hours and a 3.00 GPA.
The New Arkansan Program Fee will be assessed to new students receiving the award. See New Arkansan Scholarship website.
Apply for admission. No scholarship application is required.
Deadline: On a rolling basis until funds are exhausted.
Renewal Criteria: Renewable with completion of 24 hours per academic year, 2.75 minimum GPA. Up to 4 years (5 years for Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, and Masters of Arts in Teaching programs).
