• Open to students registered full-time in the first year of a doctoral program in the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
• Students must demonstrate a high standard of scholarly achievement and exemplary leadership.
• Students funded through the Dean's International Doctoral Scholarship will be required to apply for the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship and other major provincial, national or international scholarships for which they are eligible.
