Criteria: awarded to full-time 1st-year students from Chapleau,Ontario enrolled in any program (if there is no qualified applicant from Chapleau the award may be given to a student from northeastern Ontario). They must have achieved a min. average of 80% in an Ontario Secondary School (6 best 4U/M courses), have demonstrated a broad range of interests and community involvement, as well as financial need
