VICE CHANCELLOR'S HONOURS SCHOLARSHIPS

Description:

The scholarships were initiated by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Newcastle in 1997 to encourage and support students entering an honours program. Up to 2 scholarships will be awarded in each faculty.
 

Eligibility:

Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be enrolled full-time in an honours program; not hold another scholarship for the same program of equivalent or more substantial benefit, except for scholarships which pay the Student Contribution liability; and not have previously received this scholarship. Selection is based on academic merit.
