We support women who have experienced a significant interruption to their academic career to update their research credentials through doctoral study. One Women's Re-entry Scholarship is usually offered in the annual scholarship round.

Eligibility details:

You must:

• be a woman
• be a domestic student (an Australian citizen, permanent resident or permanent visa holder, or a New Zealand citizen)
• meet the admission criteria for a PhD (PDF file, 98.47 KB). Check your course information for eligibility requirements for our Master of Philosophy or professional doctorates.
• be accepted into a Master of Philosophy, PhD, or professional doctorate
• be able to demonstrate a significant interruption to your academic career.
