Adelaide Brighton Cement Limited is a leading manufacturer of bulk packaged cement, lime and dry mix products, operating in a fast paced industry which offers numerous challenges. The purpose of the Scholarship is to provide financial support and career opportunities for female engineering graduates in the markets in which Adelaide Brighton Cement Limited operate.

The Adelaide Brighton Engineering Scholarship for Female Students (First Year) has been established by Adelaide Brighton Cement Limited to support one commencing female student undertaking one of the following programs at the University of Adelaide:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Chemical - Minerals Processing)
• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Chemical - Sustainable Energy)
• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Chemical & Pharmaceutical)
• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Chemical)
• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Petroleum & Chemical)
• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Chemical) with Bachelor of Finance
• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Chemical) with Bachelor of Mathematical and Computer Sciences
• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Chemical) with Bachelor of Science
• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Chemical) with Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology)
