2 letters of recommendation are required; the third is optional

-The educational mission of the MIT Sloan School of Management is “to develop principled, innovative leaders who improve the world…" Students should discuss how they will contribute toward advancing this mission based on examples of past work and activities
Q2 - Select 1 of the 2 questions below (max 500 words, 1 page)
-Tell them about a time when student created a competitive advantage for their organization. Comment on the factors student considered and any barriers student encountered in the organizational culture, or;
-Tell them about a time when student inspired others to achieve success in a complex situation, such as across cultures or regions or in an adverse situation
Q3 - Select 1 of the 2 questions below (max 500 words, 1 page)
-Tell them about one of the initiatives that resulted in a lasting organizational change, or;
-Tell them about one of the ideas or initiatives that faced healthy skepticism and what student did
Students should present a standard business format covering education and work experience and be specific about dates (2 page limit)
