Syllabus of exam

IRMA first uses CAT/ XAT scores to shortlist candidates. Selected candidates are thereafter called for IRMA online admission test on the subject of “Issues of Social Concern”.

Candidates need to answer 40 questions on “Issues of Social Concern” in one hour 20 minutes. The section generally tests the candidate‘s understanding of relevant social issues and socio-economic factors.

Some of the topics covered under syllabus of Issues of Social Concern are:

  • Environmental issues
  • Human development
  • Rural and urban population
  • Sex ratio
  • Social and economic development
  • Employment and literacy
  • Gender and social groups like caste and religion
  • Human rights

  •  Education, etc
