  • International Construction: Practice and Law

  • For years there has been a shortage of suitable skilled employees and managerial staff in the real estate and construction industries, particularly in the fields of international construction and building law. Available training is failing to meet requirements, both in terms of quantity and quality, in the short, middle and long term. The increasing internationalization of companies active in the construction and real estate industries is compounding the situation.

The ability to work successfully in an international field requires specialist knowledge of standard international contracts, such as those used by the World Bank and many other international development banks.

The postgraduate further education study program International Construction: Practice and Law aims to help fill this gap in the market. In this study program, you will learn about the technical, financial and legal aspects of international construction from both theoretical and practical perspectives
