  • The Program enables students to acquire a strong background in basic biological science and in modern biological research practice
  • The Course modules are offered in six research areas Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Biophysics, Computational Biology, Developmental Biology, Ecology and Evolution, Genetics and Cell Biology, Neurobiology and Molecular Plant Sciences
  • In the first year, students choose 4 subject modules on scientific topics of their preference 
  • The second year is dedicated to research and First 2 project modules (12 CP each) are conducted in research groups of choice
  • The program is completed by a 6-month research project that will be written up in a Master’s thesis and presented in a Colloquium

Entry Requirement

  • Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, or a subject related to Biological Sciences
  • Applicants with Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical programs, Agricultural Science, other fields of Natural Science, Mathematics, and Informatics will also be considered, but additional adequate qualification in biology is required
  • Applicant must have a bachelor Degree.
