Tailor-made to provide you with the most updated skills for the future of sustainable food systems, the MSc will help you achieve concretely these targets for a better future for food for the community. The aim of the Honour Master in Innovations and Policies for Sustainable Food (IPAD) is to continuously provide keys to understand complex situation and up-to-date knowledge in order to act.

  • Responding to this double challenge presupposes that the food supply is based on production, processing and distribution methods that allow the renewal of resources and fair remuneration for the players in the sector .
  • To do this, it is necessary to support these actors in adaptation processes that closely articulate environmental issues (management of natural resources), technological and health issues (processing and control of food quality) and socio-political issues ( co-production of innovations with companies, rehabilitation and promotion of localized knowledge).
