Entry Requirement

  • Applicants must have a 1st class (60%; 7/10) bachelor's degree (minimum four years) in Mechanical or related subjec or Master's degree
  • Applicants must have a four-year baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) from a recognized institution with B average (5.0/9.0 GPA) in the last two years (30 units) of academic study. (Applicants with relevent industry experience, this condition can be waived)
  • Applicants with Bachelor degree other than Mechanical may be required to take make-up courses (not for credit) as a condition of admission

Work experience: No work experience mentioned

  • Work experience is not mandatory but for applicants with relevant experience, e.g., industry experience in the field, entry requirement may be waived

  • Resume shouls be concise and complete resume summarizing applicants activities and achievements both academic and professional

  • English language proficiency
  • Official confirmation of degree(s)
  • Statement of intent (one page maximum) explaining applicants career goals and research interest. Applicant must mention pertinent achievements in this area as well as his/ her research strengths
