The candidate holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, engineering physics, or an equivalent degree.
Holders of a bachelor's degree in another science discipline and foreign applicants whose training only partially meets the admission requirements may be eligible (see preparatory schooling).
Average
The candidate has obtained a program pathway or graduation average of 2.67 out of 4.33 or greater, or the equivalent.
Preparatory schooling
The holder of a baccalaureate in another science discipline and the foreign candidate whose training only partially meets the admission requirements will be required to undergo preparatory schooling.
This includes compulsory baccalaureate courses in electrical engineering or computer engineering, to which a few optional courses may be added. Preparatory schooling is carried out in a full-time study session (12 to 15 credits).
These undergraduate courses must be passed with a grade equal to or greater than B + (3.33 out of 4.33).
Preparatory schooling does not contribute to the program and will be determined during the analysis of the admission file, if applicable.
Test Director
The student must, during his first registration session, find a professor who will agree to act as trial director. Before the end of this period, the student informs the program director of his choice of trial director.
If these conditions are not met, the student is not allowed to continue his studies in the program.
