Built around NASA’s Engineering Design Process, Spring Arbor University’s mechanical engineering major emphasizes theory, design, and project building to help students thrive within one of the most flexible and in-demand fields in the U.S. As a mechanical engineering student at Spring Arbor University, you’ll design, build, test and improve solutions to complex engineering problems.

Application Process

Affiliated to the Laurentian University in Sudbury, Algoma University is a public institution established with a mission to give cross-cultural learning between Aboriginal & other communities in Northern Ontario. Currently, it has over 1500 students enrolled.

Programs offered by the Algoma University include more than 30 undergraduate majors and graduate certificates offered through three Faculties i.e Faculty of Sciences, Social Sciences, and Humanities. It does not offer any graduate degree programs.

Algoma University has affiliations with AUCC and CBIE. The campus is flourished by international students from over 30 different countries, who make up to 27% of its student body. 

  • It invites admissions in the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. 
  • It offers admissions on a rolling basis. Applications are accepted throughout the year.
  • Applicants must check country-specific requirements.
  • International applicants must submit English Proficiency Test Scores (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent)
  • More than 27% of international students are accepted annually to Algoma University. The application process is similar to that of domestic students. The entry requirements vary with programs and are country-specific.

  •  International applicants must submit the following documents to be eligible for Algoma University admissions -

  • Country-Specific Admission Requirements should be met.
  • Evidence of English Language Proficiency
  • Usually, 5-6 traditional academic courses in the final year of senior secondary including English are required.
