Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore offers courses in, Earth sciences and Medicine and Surgery. The Sustainable Agriculture for Food Quality and Environment (SAFE) B.Sc. The program is a three- year long program that offers 180 ECTS credits. For EU students the annual tuition fee is calculated by the financial background of the student’s family. Whereas, international students pay € 8040 per year. Though students can request the “UCSC International Scholarship” while filling out the online application, a post for which the fee would amount to € 5000.
The Free University of Bozen-Bolzano is ranked at 301 and offers a course in Agricultural and Agro-Environmental Sciences, B.Sc. It covers a 36- month duration and the tuition fee costs 1343EUR/ year. The language mediums are English, German and Italian. The application deadline is April 2018. There are student halls of residence of the Province of Bozen-Bolzano accorded on first come first serve basis; private rentals are also available. The English language is an essential requirement.
